1. Terms & Conditions

By engaging with SEA School’s services, programs, or consultancy, participants and clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all activities, workshops, consultancy services, and educational programs conducted by SEA School.

1.2 Booking & Payment

Bookings for any SEA School activity or service must be made in advance through the designated platform. Payment is required before the commencement of the activity or service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.

1.3 Cancellation & Refunds

In the event of cancellation by SEA School due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds for cancellations made by participants are subject to our discretion, depending on the circumstances and notice period.

1.4 Participant Responsibilities

Participants must ensure they are physically able to engage in SEA School activities. Children must be accompanied by a guardian where specified. SEA School reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who do not adhere to safety guidelines or conduct themselves appropriately during activities.

1.5 Insurance & Liability

While SEA School takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of participants, activities such as outdoor exploration and fieldwork carry inherent risks. SEA School holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Clients and participants can request a copy of our insurance policy upon request. SEA School is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property unless caused by negligence.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Data Collection

SEA School respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect personal information such as names, contact details, and payment information to facilitate bookings, communication, and service delivery. This information is only used for purposes directly related to our activities.

3. Professional Liability

SEA School provides professional advice and consultancy in the areas of biodiversity, environmental education, and ecosystem management. While we endeavor to offer high-quality and informed guidance, the implementation of our recommendations is at the client’s discretion. SEA School cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from the application of advice provided.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEA School disclaims any liability for damages or losses incurred in connection with our services or activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Any legal claims will be limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific service or activity.

3.3 Insurance Coverage

SEA School holds professional indemnity insurance to cover its consultancy and service provisions. Should you require additional details, or wish to request a copy of our insurance coverage, please contact our administration team.
